Mammootty's ‘Parunthu' will open tomorrow at 72 centers. Following the release patterns of Mammootty’s previous super hit 'Annan Thampi' this film will also make into many B stations in the opening day itself. In major cities, the movie will be released in more than one theatre.

This major battle between the two superstar films, is also of interest as Mohanlal's ‘Maadambi’ and Mammootty's T.A Razak written Padmakumar directed Parunthu was earlier rumored to be on same storylines. More over in both these films, the superstars are coming up as money lenders.

With the dialogue ''Panathinu meethe Parinthu parukkumo illayo ennu enikku ariyathilla.. Pakshe ente thalaikku meethe oru Parinthum parakkila. Paranaal.. njaan. chiraku arinju kalayum '' that was included in ‘Maadambi’, the fight between superstar films have raised to a newer level. The dialogue which is greeted with much applause by the Lal fans is already a big sensation. Mammootty fans who are wounded with this direct attack on screen, is demanding a befitting answer through ‘Parunthu’. The fans are planning to make the release of ‘Parunthu' a big event with the first shows of the movie starting as early as 12 am.

The crew of ‘Parunthu’ has shot for another two days, after the release of ‘Maadambi’. The makers were saying that it was all for some song sequences to be added to the movie, featuring Suraj Venjaramoodu. But only after the release of the movie, can we confirm whether the makers have included some more dialogues as an answer to what we heard in ‘Maadambi’.
